PARKING BUILDING, NY
In 2007, the Second Avenue Subway resumed construction. As part of the project, the 63rd street station was to undergo renovation to finish the BMT side, which would serve Second Avenue Line trains. Due to the station construction several existing buildings need to be retrofitted to provide support facilities for the train station. This parking building is one such building that needed a completely independent structure to support the HVAC units for the train station.
